Moving Day
Today the moving truck comes to load up all our worldly possessions. We will be "camping" here in an empty house for 10 days until the closing on the 25th. Then we are off to our new home of record. The next 10 days should be more fun than I can imagine. :) I might be hit or miss with blogging for the next couple weeks. Tootles!!

You are camping in your empty house? When we sold our house...we actually had to rent back before we closed on our other one. And then spent a few nights in a hotel. That was "camping" enough for me.
When we bought our first house, we got the keys 2 days before the weekend we'd planned to move in. WITH ALL OF MY HEART, i wanted to go camp in the empty new house. DH said no - party pooper, so i didn't get to, but we're house shopping again and dang it - i'm gonna do it this time. :)
Just wanted you to know we miss ya!!
don't remember how I got here but I'm staying put! Loved your blogs, your'e a stitch ~ hope moving has gone as smoothly as it could. Old third hand moving story: Some military friends were relocated to Greece and were hanging around the docks, waiting for the ship to offload their worldly goods. As the crane was offloading one of the many giant containers the cable broke and the container was dumped in the ocean. "tee hee", said Mrs. Thing. "Wouldn't it be funny if that container was our household stuff?" Turned out it WAS theirs....
I hate moving!
