Fly By Friday: Cupcake Love

Today is a Fly By, I have so much going on, I bet you do to. Last night I made 5 dozen cupcakes. Two for Little Chief's school party, two for my work and one for my neighbor whose elderly father passed away yesterday. I thought I'd share some photos before the Friday Race that is my day begins.

Cute Snowmen for the school party, these are chocolate with white icing at LC's request:

Red Velvet with cream cheese icing for my work and neighbor:

How is your friday shaping up? Are you baking up a storm? I love all the recipes on blogs this time of year and I have printed off more than a few of those shared around these parts.

I'm jealous you can still bring homemade treats to school. Here in Idaho you can only bring store bought treats.

I had never thought of doing red velvet cake cupcakes. I don't know why. But I am thinking those need to be on the Christmas eve menu. And my favorites are chocolate with white icing. Yum...

Honey, you are amazing! 5 dozen cupcakes is not a small undertaking - what, 6 days before Christmas? Oh my word!

But I would like to say that if I happened to be in your neighborhood, and you had a pot of coffee on and some of those red velvet cupcakes just 'sitting around', I'd so be knocking on your door! :)

Those cupcakes look amazing! So cute, too, with the snowmen toppers. Your blog looks like a keeper, thanks for sharing from a fellow SITSta!
